This policy explains how JustSignOff, a software service operated by JODA Systems LLC, handles information provided through justsignoff.com and the JustSignOff application.
1What we collect
Account email; business and crew details you enter (such as worker name, email, optional mobile number, role, and access status); work-approval contents (customer name, contact information, address, work description, price, optional photos, and document details); signature records (typed name, timestamp, IP address, and device information required for the audit trail); account-agreement records (the policy versions accepted, acceptance time, IP address, and browser or device information); payment data (handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers); referral attribution, qualification, and credit records; and basic public-site usage analytics such as pages viewed, general referral source, device category, and country. Website analytics use a one-way monthly visitor identifier; raw visitor IP addresses and full referrer URLs are not stored.
2Why we collect it
To deliver signature requests, generate and store documents, bill subscriptions, document account agreements, administer referral credits, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Signature audit data exists so your documents are trustworthy, and account-agreement records show which policies a user accepted.
3Who we share with
Service providers only, to run the product: Supabase (database/storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS). No selling of data, no ad networks. Our Security overview explains these providers and the controls used to protect information.
4Retention
Active accounts: documents are kept while the account remains active. Canceled accounts: documents remain downloadable for 90 days after cancellation, then the related work approvals, signed PDFs, photos, audit events, and delivery logs are permanently deleted. Basic public-site analytics are retained for up to approximately 13 months. The free-template form sends one requested transactional email and does not add the address to a marketing list.
5Mobile information
Customer mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only to deliver a requested transactional work approval—such as an estimate, change order, or service authorization—up to two reminders if the customer has not responded, and one signed-copy link after approval (up to four messages per request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except service providers that operate the messaging program.
6Tracking choices
We do not use third-party advertising networks or allow third parties to track you across unrelated websites. Because we do not engage in that tracking, the service does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
7Policy changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the revised policy here and update the date above before the changes take effect.
8Your rights
Email support@justsignoff.com to export or delete your data. Referral-program emails include a preference link that stops future referral marketing without stopping account, billing, security, or work-approval messages. Recipients of work-approval requests may contact us about records that concern them.
