How does electronic signing work?
The customer reviews the document, agrees to sign electronically, and enters their name. JustSignOff records the signed document together with the signing time, IP address, and device information to create an audit trail.

What if they don't sign?
We remind them automatically at 4 and 24 hours. You can see the status live. If they decline, you know before you do the work — which is the whole point.
Do I have to change how I run my business?
No. JustSignOff handles customer work approvals—not bookkeeping or payment processing. Use it for estimates, change orders, and service authorizations while keeping your accounting system.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Email support@justsignoff.com within 30 calendar days after your first paid subscription payment. We will refund the full amount you actually paid, including applicable tax, and end paid access immediately. You can still download your documents for 90 days after cancellation. The guarantee applies only to the first payment, not renewals. See the complete terms.
How long do you keep work approvals and signed documents?
We keep estimates, change orders, service authorizations, signed PDFs, photos, and activity history while your account is active. If you cancel, you can still log in and download your documents for 90 days before they are permanently deleted. Unsigned customer approval links expire after seven days, but the record remains in your account.
How is my information protected?
JustSignOff uses HTTPS, private document storage, protected APIs, and role-based team access. We do not sell customer information. Read the plain-English Security overview for details, limitations, and service providers.
