JustSignOff is an owner-operated software company based in Ohio. It was created after years of firsthand experience around field work, where the same expensive problem keeps repeating: a customer approves work verbally, the provider completes it, and the agreement later becomes a dispute.

The problem

Good work should not become free work.

Estimates and approvals are often handled in a driveway, hallway, customer home, or quick phone conversation. Paper is inconvenient, full business-management software can be excessive, and “go ahead” is difficult to prove later. JustSignOff creates a clear written record before work starts.

The product

One job, handled simply.

The provider creates an estimate, change order, or service authorization, sends it by text or email, and the customer reviews and signs from a phone. Both sides receive a timestamped PDF, while the provider keeps a searchable history.

JustSignOff is built and operated by its owners—not a distant call center. Product questions, problems, and feedback sent to our support inbox reach the people responsible for the service.

We intend to earn long-term trust by operating responsibly and improving JustSignOff. No software company should ask you to rely on a promise that it will exist forever, so we also give account owners practical control of their records: signed PDFs can be downloaded, work-approval data can be exported to CSV, and canceled accounts retain document access for 90 days.
